    Shaun Davy

    FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Shaun has over 15 years’ experience in real estate development across Africa. He has been involved in the planning and delivery of more than 1,000 hectares of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in Zambia, including Roma Park and the 600-hectare, NAPSA River View Park development and Lion’s Hill Estate.

    Prior to this, Shaun worked with Dubai World Africa on landmark developments including the V&A Waterfront and mixed-use projects in Kigali, Rwanda and Dakar, Senegal.

    Muzingo Banda-Chakamisha

    HEAD OF SALES

    Muzingo has been with Afritec since 2013 and played a central role in the successful sale of all residential plots within Roma Park. Muzingo is now leading the marketing and sales strategy for Afritec’s upcoming developments in Lusaka.

    With extensive experience in property sales and client engagement, Muzingo brings a strong understanding of the Lusaka property market and has been instrumental in delivering successful sales outcomes across Afritec’s projects.

    Muyongo Syamupa

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Muyongo is a civil engineer with extensive experience in the planning, coordination and execution of construction and infrastructure projects.

    At Afritec, Muyongo plays a key role in overseeing the implementation of the company’s development projects. He works closely with engineers, contractors and consultants to coordinate construction activities, manage project timelines and ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and to the required quality standards.

    Lucy Inmonger

    DIRECTOR

    Lucy has a background in investment management and strategic operations, previously working as the Chief Operating Officer for a specialist healthcare provider and prior to that a global impact investment firm, managing investments across sectors including housing, healthcare, agriculture, and consumer businesses.

    Lucy’s experience in investment analysis, governance, and strategic planning supports Afritec’s work in structuring and delivering sustainable development projects.
